What is CT?
Computed Tomography(CT) scan uses a combination of X-Rays taken from various angles and computer processing to create detailed two- or three-dimensional images of the body. Medical Center expert team uses the lowest dose of radiation possible to create world-class CT images.
Some studies may require oral contrast and/or intravenous iodine contrast to provide additional diagnostic information.
>70 years age: most recent blood test for renal function.
Previous allergy history should be noted.
Our expert radiologist can provide CT guided lumbar spine and musculoskeletal injection.

Preparation for CT Scans
No preparation required for spine (cervical, thoracic, lumbar), extremity (pelvis, hip, knee, hand, wrist), sinus, brain, neck, chest, KUB and CT guided injection
No food or drink (except some water) for 2 hours.
Arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment for oral contrast.
